Salt is excited to collaborate with one of the worlds leading Software Giants as the seek to hire a Partner Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12 Month Maternity Cover contract. We will work to execute effective marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with partners, alongside the EMEA Partner Team and regional Partner Sales Management units, aligning with region-specific strategies and sales objectives.

In this role, you will curate, manage, and refine partner and joint prospect data, identifying key target audiences and coverage strategies in conjunction with partners and the wider internal teams. Delivering regular reports on campaign progress, content effectiveness, and event outcomes, including new business opportunities and pipeline growth and taking ownership of the regional budget to execute campaigns as planned.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Cultivate relationships and manage expectations among internal and external stakeholders and partners, across various EMEA territories.
  • Develop quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plans for the team and relevant partners, ensuring alignment with regional business strategies and goals
  • Monitor the effectiveness of demand generation plans, adapting and scaling activities as needed for optimal results.
  • Create and execute Account-Based Marketing and Executive engagement plans in collaboration with the field marketing teams.

Key Skills Required:

  • Adaptability within a matrix organisation
  • Agility in fast-paced environments, strong commercial acumen, analytical prowess, effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise marketing, preferably within a marketing technology vendor or similar
  • Co-marketing experience with partners is essential
