Part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk Temp

Hays Accountancy & Finance are supporting an organisation in Diss who need part-time temporary finance cover until early July with the working hours being Monday - Friday 10am to 2.30pm, ideal school hours for the right candidate.

Your new role
In this part-time temporary Purchase Ledger / Finance Clerk job, you will join the team and assist with processing purchase invoices, raising PO numbers, obtaining approval for payment and forwarding to the Finance Manager for payment. You will also deal with supplier queries, reconcile supplier statements / GRN's and other ad-hoc finance related duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be immediately available and have proven experience in processing purchase invoices as well as be able to work flexible part-time hours in Diss.

What you'll get in return
As explained, this is a part-time temporary purchase ledger job working each day, Monday - Friday 10am - 2.30pm, but more hours may be available. You will be paid an hourly rate which includes your holiday pay, and we understand the business needs cover until early July.
