Are you ready to be a part of a family-owned Independent Financial Advice practice that prioritises integrity, quality, and outstanding client service? My client is looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team in a role that provides flexibility and a supportive environment. If you're passionate about helping clients and want to work in a company that encourages personal growth and career progression, this could be your ideal opportunity.

As a Part-Time Financial Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Independent Financial Advisors and paraplanners. Your duties will include handling telephone and email enquiries, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming environment. You'll also process new business applications, verify case submissions for accuracy, and coordinate with product providers to ensure seamless operations.

Attention to detail is essential as you maintain client records, manage Letters of Authority (LOAs), and ensure all documentation is up to date. You'll also be responsible for preparing and sending invoices, managing general office tasks, and ensuring client communications are handled promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in an IFA practice, with solid skills in Excel and Word. Familiarity with Intelligent Office and experience in processing mortgage, protection, and investment applications are preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with enthusiasm for learning and advancing in your career.

This part-time Financial Administrator role requires 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. The salary ranges from £22,000 to £28,000 pro rata, based on your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a NEST Pension, a discretionary bonus, 20 days of holiday (plus public holidays), and funded training and development support. This position also offers a clear path to becoming a paraplanner.

If you are a Financial Administrator interested in joining a collaborative team that fosters your growth and values a positive work-life balance, please send your CV to Joanna Clark.
