Part Time Finance Assistant
Slough - Office Based
30 hours per week

Are you looking for a local and part time accounts role within a friendly and fast paced environment? Do you have accounts and finance experience and currently seeking a role to apply your knowledge and skills to? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business based in Slough, they are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to help support the Director with general accounts functions and financial reporting. This is a fast-paced role and will require someone who thrives in a busy and multi-faceted environment.

Duties:

  • Supporting team with purchase ledger and sales ledger duties
  • Carrying out high volumes of bank recs
  • Assisting with daily banking
  • Collating and maintaining cash flow reports
  • Running VAT reports
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Checking and processing invoices
  • Handling any expense receipts

Requirements:

  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with accountancy packages, ideally within Kerridge
  • Experience within bank reconciliation and banking
  • Relevant finance / accounts qualifications

Please note that this position is based in Slough with parking on site and requires you to be in the office. The hours will be set to Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day.
