Part-time Digital Project Manager - paying £37 per hr.

We are seeking an experienced Part-time Digital Project Manager to oversee the ongoing implementation of a CRM-CMS project. Working 3 days per week for £37 per hour.

Working alongside an external implementation partner the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's success.

By managing the delivery of the project, line-managing a seconded Project Manager/Business Analyst, coordinating with stakeholders and driving the delivery of project milestones.

Duties:

  • Responsible for delivery of the new CRM and CMS systems.
  • Oversee the technical implementation of the CRM and CMS systems.
  • Coordinate system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Establish quality assurance processes.
  • Lead project meetings.
  • Develop change management strategies.

Applicants will have experience working as a Digital Project Manager, preferably in CRM and CMS implementation projects. Ideally within the not-for-profit or membership sectors. Technical understanding of CRM and CMS systems, their functionalities, and integration processes is important.

Fully remote is absolutely fine.

Project is completion of a CRM migration from Civi to IMIS but IMIS experience not essential.

Key milestones in the remainder of the project sprints are:

  • Conclude Build by 28 April.
  • 3 further weeks of UAT and data migration.
  • End of Project May.
