Your new role
The organisation is looking for a part-time data entry clerk/payroll clerk until July 2024. This role will be 24 hours a week, over three days. The premium pay rate for this role is £13.00 per hour. Main duties of the role include:

  • Ensure accurate data for payroll processing, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Input pay-related data into the payroll system and perform audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Manage staff changes within the HR and payroll systems.
  • Maintain attendance records for sickness and absence.
  • Assist managers with robust data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with managers to answer staff queries and provide coaching.

  • Happy to work within a small team
  • Experience working as a finance administrator or payroll is desirable
