Part Sales Advisor
CRP Group is working with a large forward-thinking automotive company that specialises in building electric vehicles They are currently expanding their team and looking to hire a Part Sales Advisor.

This suits a candidate with a sales background keen to develop their career in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate effectively in the appropriate medium with the customer base.
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries and take appropriate action, ensuring the customers’ requirements are satisfied wherever possible, including interpreting and identifying the correct parts, advising on deliveries, order progress updates, etc.
  • Use associated selling techniques to promote the sale of related components.
  • Persuade customers to order promoted parts.
  • Development of sound in-depth product knowledge by undertaking appropriate training and understanding of technical documentation.
  • Be on the lookout for potential markets or products, which would enhance the business and bring financial benefits to the organisation.
  • Must have a positive attitude to resolve customer issues and problem-solve

Essential

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to customer and operational needs and changes.
  • Experience of dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
  • An excellent telephone manner with the ability to deal well with difficult customers.
