Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25000-£29000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for a creative and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant with an enthusiastic approach for innovative designs to join a RIBA chartered practice in Leeds. The award-winning practice works on residential, commercial, education and retail projects and prides itself on ensuring that each design is client led with a touch of creative design flare. The dynamic team have a range of exciting upcoming projects and are looking forward to a Part 2 Architectural Assistant joining their team.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient residential experience, creative design flare and strong technical abilities. Knowledge of AutoCAD and other industry standard software is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Motivated to progress and further your career
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, team members and other stakeholders
  • Residential experience is beneficial
  • AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit experience is beneficial
