An independent Financial Advisers based a few miles outside of Banbury, Oxfordshire, are seeking a client focused Paraplanner to provide full Paraplanning support to a team of Financial Advisers. The company pride themselves on their strong company values to include integrity, respect and professionalism, and have created a positive, inclusive office culture.
Based at their office near Banbury, you will be part of a team of 7 Paraplanners that ensure positive client relations are built and maintained through the provision of a professional and efficient service. This role could be well suited to a Financial Planning Administrator, Trainee Paraplanner looking to progress their career!
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings as required with the Advisor and taking away all post meeting tasks such as suitability reports; post review reports; new business reporting etc.
- Gather accurate information about client policies to prepare and review documents for Pension and Investment Clients.
- Data capture and analysis to ensure IFAs have relevant information to meet their clients’ varying needs.
- Dealing with general queries from clients, by telephone and email.
- Occasional client visits with an Adviser
Skills & experience:
- Previous Financial services experience
- Experience working as a Paraplanner would be preferable
- Proactive/ innovative
- Ability to remain calm whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Quality driven with consistent attention to detail
- Own transport is essential.
