Hiring for a Paraplanner to join a mid-sized IFA

Are you a meticulous and analytical individual with a passion for financial planning? We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our dynamic team at a regional IFA firm with £450 million in Assets Under Management. You will be joining a highly structure team of Adviser, Paraplanner, Technical Support and Admin servicing clients across the South East.

They are looking to take on a Paraplanner that they can develop and will support them by paying for exams and providing study support and time off.



Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team of 6 Advisers, to provide comprehensive financial planning solutions.

Conduct in-depth research on complex financial products, including Pension transfers, EIS, and Bonds.

Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.

Spend time conducting detailed research on various financial products.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports containing key insights and recommendations.

Ensure that all financial advice adheres to the regulations set by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.

Provide technical support on areas such as tax, legislation, and specific financial products.

Assist clients in understanding complex financial concepts and options.



To be considered:

Experience writing Suitability reports for investments and pensions

Completed some of RO exams or equivalent

Working knowledge of FE Analytics
