Paraplanner

Our client is a leading North West-based financial wellbeing and retirement specialist, working with hundreds of businesses across the private and public sector by offering their staff financial education, guidance and regulated financial advice. As our client's company continues to grow, a requirement has arisen for a Paraplanner to join its rapidly expanding administration team. The Paraplanner's main purpose is to provide technical support to the firm's Advisers.

The Paraplanner's key duties:

• Provide technical assistance and research

• Provide response to technical queries
• Provide comprehensive support to Advisers
• Undertake analysis and review of transferring pension schemes, income drawdown and phased retirement plans
• Identify outstanding pension information as required
• Ensure all client information is available for analysis of existing pensions so review can be undertaken
• Undertake analysis and review of existing investments and transferring pension schemes, income drawdown and phased retirement plans as they support client retirement objectives.
• Assist with and prepare client reports in relation to pension planning, pension transfers and retirement income options
• Liaise with Advisers and keep up to date of progress and any outstanding requirements

The successful candidate for the Paraplanner vacancy will receive:

• A salary of up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Flexible working hours (8-4, 9-5, 10-6)

Suitable candidates interested in the Paraplanner vacancy will have the following criteria:

• At least 12 months' experience as a Paraplanner
• Part qualified or fully qualified Level 4 (CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
• Live a commutable distance to Liverpool
