Position: Paraplanner
Location: Home based
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years' Paraplanning experience within an IFA environment; Level 4 qualification (CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning); Intelligent Office experience
Salary/package: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + 25 days' annual leave + healthcare + pension (5%, 5%) + study support + DIS + various other benefits
YOUR NEW COMPANY
Our client is a successful, award-winning UK-wide IFA network with head quarters based in Horsham, West Sussex. The company has significant plans to grow over the next 6 months and has just started the search for a home-based Paraplanner to join its rapidly-expanding paraplanning team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the firm’s Paraplanner Manager, the home-based Paraplanners’ key duties will include:
- Undertaking research to reach conclusions and recommendations for clients
- Preparation of suitability letters
- Involvement in the company’s research processes including platform due diligence
- Handling some client correspondence on behalf of the Financial Advisers
- Working alongside the Financial Advisers on advice strategies
- Using Intelligent Office as a back office system
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates interested in the home-based Paraplanner vacancy will have the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' Paraplanning experience from within an IFA environment
- Level 4 qualification (CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
- Intelligent Office experience
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the home-based Paraplanner role is as follows:
- Salary of up to £38,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus
- 25 days’ annual leave
- Healthcare
- Pension (5%, 5%)
- Study support
- Death in Service x 4
