?Our well established client is seeking a experienced Paralegal to join their Wills, Probate and Litigation department in their Shephard's Bush office.

Your Paralegal duties will include:

1. Assisting the solicitor with casework including drafting legal forms and applications, preparing hearing bundle preparation etc.

2. Answer incoming calls, transfer to relevant person or take message. Send message by email. Setting up conference calls.

3. Diary management, arranging meetings and coordinating meeting space.

4. Open new files for clients, sending ID request to client and dealing appropriately with the ID when received. Issue client care letters, follow up, keeping files organised.

5. Typing of letters, invoices and amending agreements and other documents where requested, and tracking changes.

6. Handling incoming and outgoing post and ordering courier pickups as required.

7. Using Adobe to collate documents/agreements.

8. Archiving of physical files and retrieval of documents from archives. Closing and archiving of matters. Taking the relevant steps for executed documents to be properly filed and sent to client.

9. Liaising with cleaners and other suppliers. Arranging confidential waste pick up.

10. Answering email enquiries regarding client enquiries etc. Circulating where necessary.

11. Arranging files for billing, File Billing

12. Greeting clients and occasionally making drinks for meetings. Keeping meeting rooms and public areas, plus kitchen clear.

13. Ordering stationery and other office supplies
