Salary

Fully Negotiable based on experience

Overtime rate paid at 1.25%

• 42 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• 07:30 - 16:30 (Monday-Thursday)
• 08:00 - 16:30 (Friday)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining personal productivity at or above Enterprise Flex-R-rent requirements.
• Ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with Enterprise Flex-E-Rent Health and Safety policy and also in accordance with Thatcham repair methods, risk assessments, SSOW, manual handling, and COSHH assessments
• Maintain training requirements to satisfy BSI requirements
• Ensuring good housekeeping within the Body Shop
• Ensuring the completion of all associated paperwork accurately as per Enterprise Flex-E-Rent Policy

Qualifications

• NVQ or C&G to Level 11 or 111 in vehicle refinishing
• 3 years post apprenticeship experience
• Full UK driving license
