£27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm (Early finish on Fridays)
Total Weekly Hours: 37 hours
Responsibilities:
- Conducting damp and mould treatment across various properties in the Kirklees Area.
- Painting and decorating tasks as required.
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Keeping accurate records of work completed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a painter & decorator, with knowledge of damp and mould treatment preferred.
- Own transport and valid driving license are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
