Location - Sittingbourne, Kent

Pay - £12 - £20 Per Hour DOE

Do you have previous experience as a Paint Sprayer?

Do you have a keen eye for detail and high-quality standards?

As a leading manufacturer's employee, your primary responsibility will involve preparing and spraying small components and complete products. Additionally, you'll be tasked with repairing paintwork on damaged products and parts, alongside other necessary paint-related duties. We're seeking individuals who are well-organised, detail-oriented, and driven to excel in this role, eager to unleash their full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out product spraying on small and large components, following all necessary procedures.
• Organise spray painting of parts to achieve container build plan.
• Adhere to all Production processes.
• Adhere to all necessary Quality standards.
• Good time management and organisation.
• Keep up to date with technology and process developments/improvements.
• Always maintain Paint shop equipment to a safe and clean standard.

Skills and Experience:

• Have previous paint spraying experience. (1 year or more)
• A good understanding of quality standards.
• A strong desire to excel in the role and develop their skills.
