The Role

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid media strategies across various digital platforms to achieve our clients' objectives and maximize their ROI.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with clients' goals and target audiences, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

  2. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous optimization.

  4. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment.

  5. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid media initiatives, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media advertising, and incorporate relevant insights into campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in developing and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, preferably within an agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
