Location: Central London

Working Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remotely

We are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Paid Media Account Director to join a rapidly expanding agency we are currently representing. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction for theagency, a leading player in digital marketing performance.

With a team of 30+ marketing experts, they take pride in their client portfolio and the impactful work they deliver. The Role:

Your responsibilities will span across three key areas:

  • Strategy & Client Services (60%):
  • Develop integrated paid media strategies for clients.
  • Oversee and contribute to the delivery of client paid campaigns, ensuring excellence across all activities.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with senior clients, identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy & Performance team to develop cross-channel strategies.

New Business (30%):

  • Lead new business initiatives autonomously, including RFI, RFP, and pitches.
  • Pitch for new clients and facilitate their onboarding process.
  • Engage with inbound, outbound, and partner-led new business leads.

Product, Agency & Team Development (10%):

  • Contribute to the development of agency products and services.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth within the Paid Media department.
  • Enhance your and the agency's profile through awards entries and participation in conferences.

Requirements, Personality & Skills:

  • You must possess strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members of all levels.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on varied tasks are essential in our fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid marketing and client management, with a strong background in paid search/social.
  • Proficiency in core paid channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • An analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and analytics tools are required.
