Are you a Packaging Artworker/Packaging Artwork Designer looking to join an innovative and award-winning agency?

We are seeking a talented packaging artwork designer/ packaging artworker to lead the way in delivering multiple high-quality artworks with accuracy, consistency and efficiency.

Day-to-day you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and utilise your experience of design and artwork for an established account within the agency.

As the main point of contact for the account, this role is certainly catered towards a self-sufficient individual who can prioritise and manage their own workload. Your strong communication skills are essential to develop an understanding of the clients requirements and brand guidelines.

If you have excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of print preparation and layout, and can demonstrate a strong expertise and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, we would love to hear from you!

A day in the life at Strawberry as a Packaging Artworker / Packaging Artwork Designer

  • You will support one key account across a core product range within the agency.
  • You will be the main point of contact for the account, liaising and working directly with the client to fulfill their requirements.
  • Day-to-day you will be creating, designing and amending artwork whilst ensuring that brand and regulatory guidelines are adhered to.
  • You will be responsible for artwork development and preparing print-ready production artworks across packaging, label and multi-page documents.


What skills and experience will you need?

  • Ideally, you will have at least 2+ years’ experience working on packaging or graphic artwork and bring with you:
  • A good understanding of print preparation and layout is paramount, whilst also having the necessary skills to deliver multiple artworks with accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
  • A great knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and InDesign is a must.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, working autonomously to manage your own workload.
  • You will have good communication and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate an excellent attention to detail.
  • Care about quality of work and the overall finished 'product’.
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Teamwork or Jira, and internal communication tools, such as Slack.
  • Is happy to try new tools, new technologies and to explore innovative ways to meet our clients’ needs.

Location: Remote, work from home
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Hours 4 Day Week - 30 hours per week Monday - Friday (Full time equivalent 37.5 hours)
