This is an exciting temporary opportunity until the 30th September working for one of the world’s leading broadcasters!
  
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Supporting the Head of Creative Inclusivity
  • Offering extensive diary management and inbox management support
  • Clearly communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Paying invoices
  • Arranging Travel
  • Assisting with projects
  • Working within a diverse environment, so communication being clear verbally as well as written is essential
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months of Team, Personal or Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in creative industries
  • Experience supporting Director level
