A fantastic charity is looking for an experienced PA for a fantastic opportunity in their office based just north of Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis (hybrid working) This business offers fantastic benefits and an inclusive and lively working environment. You must possess existing PA experience within a commercial environment and be able to demonstrate skills in the following responsibilities:

  • Expert organisation of meetings including room bookings, travel arrangements, diary management and preparation of papers
  • Coordination of the businesses document system including all correspondence
  • Extensive minute taking and following up on action points
  • Varied marketing-based administration including production and purchase of all corporate materials, adhering to marketing strategy and coordination of communications and meetings

You must be educated to A level or equivalent, possess and excellent work ethic, be proactive and forward thinking in your approach as well as have experience in all of the above listed tasks. You must have solid minute taking alongside strong PA experience ideally within a charity or commercial sector. You must be happy to commute to just north of Birmingham.
