Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team
Location: Birmingham
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Work Pattern: 37 Hours – Monday to Friday
Salary of up to £33500
Are you ready to make a real difference? Reed are pleased to be supporting a leading non-profit organisation in recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team. This is a full- time permanent role and you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our senior leaders across the entire organisation. Here’s what the role entails:
- Administrative Support for Meetings:
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and reports.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and create action plans.
- Chase action items to ensure timely completion.
- Diary Management:
- Provide 1:1 diary management for senior leaders.
- Report Preparation:
- Thoroughly proofread and format board and committee reports.
- Submit reports to the Governance Team within required deadlines.
- Research and Information Presentation:
- Conduct basic research as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
- Present information in an appropriate format.
- Positive Attitude and Collaboration:
- Respond positively to administrative requests from senior leaders.
- Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Significant experience providing accurate and timely administrative support to senior managers.
- Experience supporting at Director level on a 1:1 basis.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workloads.
- A cooperative team player with a flexible mindset.
- Clean driving license and access to a car for flexible working.
