Do you have previous experience as a PA, strong coordination skills as well as proactive approach to work? If so, an exciting opportunity to work as the PA to the Managing director of a boutique property firm has become available! The successful applicant will enjoy a full time role, which is predominantly office based, in their slick Birmingham City Centre offices.

You will predominantly be acting as the managing directors right hand. Your role could include but would not be limited to;

- Complex diary management

- Inbox management and occasionally responding on behalf of the team

- Preparation of presentations

- Booking travel and processing expenses

- Organising internal and external communications

- Managing team development review meetings

- Preparing documents

- Typing, photocopying, scanning, binding, filing

The successful candidate will have solid experience already working as a PA, knowledge of the property sector is desirable but not essential for this role. You will be a confident, well organised individual with strong IT skills and a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
