SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Worcester who is looking for a PA / Legal Administrator to join the team

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the HR & Finance Director.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required.

Legal Support:
Assist with legal research and drafting of legal documents.
Manage and organise legal files, contracts, and agreements.
Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as necessary.
Handle basic legal queries and provide initial assistance under the guidance of the HR & Finance Director.

General Support:
Act as a point of contact between the HR & Finance Director and internal/external parties.
Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in a similar administrative or legal support role is advantageous.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
