An Award Winning Firm and market leader in the Outsourcing space is looking to add an ambitious Outsourcing Supervisor to their team. The firm has recently gone through huge period of growth and as a result, need an Outsourcing Supervisor to assist them with the extra workload. The successful applicant will be working with some of the most exciting and fast growing companies in the world so this role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and wants to progress their career. There are excellent progression opportunities, with all of the Senior Leadership Team having all been promoted from within the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of management accounts and complex VAT returns
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact and responding effectively to any queries that may arise
  • Supporting clients with any queries they may have on different cloud based software
  • Assisting with the on-boarding process for new clients
  • Identifying and implementing any improvements that can be made to processes

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience of working within the Outsourcing Team of an Accountancy Firm
  • Strong experience of preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts and VAT returns. Experience of working with international groups would be advantageous
  • Good experience of using cloud based software
  • Excellent communication skills
