*Outsourcing Assistant*

A forward-thinking, modern practice are seeking a Outsourcing Assistant to join their team in Norwich.

Role:

As an Outsourcing Assistant you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Maintaining client's books and records, and producing accounts up to Trial Balance

  • Producing simple management reports and processing month end journals

  • Preparing VAT returns for a range of business sectors

  • Seeking information from clients while also dealing with their queries in a professional manner

  • Managing own workflow and deadlines whilst reporting in to team supervisors

  • Working with client managers across the firm

Ideal Candidate:

You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Part qualified AAT / qualified by experience (minimum criteria)

  • Experience of bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns in a practice environment (minimum criteria)

  • Experience of using Xero or other cloud based accounting systems

  • Client facing experience

The package:

On top of a competitive salary, you'll also benefit from:
