Vizion Autos is a dynamic and rapidly growing car finance brokerage company specialising in bespoke Car Finance solutions. We work closely with dealerships across the UK, providing tailored financing options to enhance their business operations. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team.

As an Outbound Sales Agent your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting outbound calls to dealerships across the UK.
• Promoting our financial service of bespoke Car Finance.
• Identify potential clients and assess their financing needs.
• Present our solutions persuasively, emphasizing the benefits.
• Handle objections and address inquiries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the payout team to achieve targets.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings.

Requirements of an Outbound Sales Agent:

• Proven experience in Outbound sales or cold calling.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and financing processes is a plus.
