We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate Outbound Call Agent to join our client's busy team! You must be willing to learn, have strong communication skills and work effectively within a team. Please apply today!

Job title: Outbound Call Agent
Duration: 2 weeks temp
Start date: ASAP this week
Location: Cannon Street
Hourly rate: £12-14 an hour

Duties include the following:

  • Make outbound calls to shareholders of a public company who are considering voting.
  • Engage in conversations with shareholders to vote.
  • Conduct a targeted number of 300-400 calls over a two-week period, meeting this quota consistently.
  • Adhere to a scripted framework during calls.
  • Provide guidance and follow-up support to shareholders, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Handle inbound calls from shareholders who may call back with queries or require assistance.

Candidate specifications/requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous sales/ outbound call agent experience
  • Strong organisation skills and time management
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbally
  • Must be positive and a go-getter
