Join a global not-for-profit organisation in this newly established Organisational Development Manager position. The role is to support the organisation through a period of change, leading on development and implementation of organisational development activities. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

Description

A Organisational Development Manager to:

- Develop and implement a resource plan for the wider organisation

- Designing and executing talent and organisational development strategies

- Develop the learning & development offering: identify skills gaps and design / implement learning initiatives

- Review and improve the performance management process

- Create a supportive and high performance culture

- Design initiatives to promote engagement and retention

- Look at the workforce and suggest improvements around talent attraction & retention

- Lead the review of career development and succession planning

- Design the talent development framework

- Improve career development processes, including the implementation of an early careers program

- Design and deliver training workshops to upskill managers and the wider business

- Lead the design and implementation of L&D strategies and initiatives

Profile

An Organisational Development Manager with:

- Previous experience of designing and implementing OD initiatives

- Previous experience in a not-for-profit or environmentally focused organisation desirable

- Experience working in a fast past and complex organisation

Job Offer

Permanent Organisational Development Manager

£60-67,000 per annum

Immediate Start if wanted
