Job Purpose
To identify areas for improvement within these key areas, and design and implement interventions to address the challenges around leadership, engagement, and communication. Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to shape and re-enforce a positive culture and inclusive leadership in all areas of the Force.
Knowledge & Experience
Hold a recognised HR/ OD qualification, membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 or equivalent relevant experience such as project or change management.
Current professional leadership/management knowledge and commitment to continuous professional development in line with the field of leadership, talent, performance and management development.
Previous experience supporting organisational development and landing organisational change.
Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working
Experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders
Experience of leading projects with a requirement to on occasion influence others
Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
IT literate with knowledge of MS Office applications
Knowledge of professional and ethical standards.
The ability to work using own initiative and manage/ prioritise workload in order to meet competing demands.
The ability to liaise with colleagues, stakeholders, providers and the College of Policing to deliver a professional service to all.
