Butler Rose is working with our large FTSE250 client in their search for an Order to Cash (OTC) Business Analyst to join their Team. This is a minimum of a three month contract with the opportunity to be extended to six months and will pay a PAYE day rate depending on experience. This is a remote role with occasional travel to their Northampton/London offices.

The role will be responsible for optimising the end-to-end service fulfilment process, from service request to cash collection. This role involves analysing customer interactions, sales processes, and billing activities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to understand OTC workflows.
* Implement and maintain order management and billing systems processes.
* Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Understanding of sales operations, order management, and billing processes.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and order processing tools.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and commitment to process excellence
