This role will be based in their office in Hayes and after a successful probation period there is the opportunity to work from home on Fridays with an earlier finish!
The ideal candidate should possess order processing skills, exceptional customer service skills, organisational abilities, and adaptability. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential and experience in key account management and retail ordering are advantageous.

- Manage customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Process orders, provide tracking information, manage out-of-stocks, and maintain open order book.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via Chat function.
- Solve customer challenges effectively.
- Maintain accurate notes on D365.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve, communicating with internal departments as needed.
- Process all consumer orders, chase deliveries, manage sales and stock calendars, and handle affiliate orders.
- Complete necessary reports, chase PODs, and provide tracking information.
- Send out-of-stock notifications and amend orders.
- Perform other ad hoc duties.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service, demonstrating honesty and understanding.
- Attention to detail and ability to investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Organised, self-efficient, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team.
- Adaptable, open to change, and committed to problem-solving.
- Key Account Management and Retail Ordering Specialist experience preferred.
