Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for efficient administration? If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are looking for a part-time role, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Assistant to become the backbone of our operations in the holiday industry.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our company, managing the reception with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle administrative tasks including managing the inbox, sorting post, and ensuring effective communication within the office.
  • Coordinate conferences and events, handling registrations, preparation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain and update membership records, ensuring accuracy and demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in using standard office software and databases.
