Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager with Estimating experience to join a market leading scaffolding contractor based in Gloucester.

Do you have a background in Operations Management from a construction or scaffolding background where you have been involved in projects commercially? Are you looking to join a company who are seeing tremendous growth, working on a variety of projects?

This company are a scaffolding contractor who work on interesting projects varying in size and scale within the commercial and domestic sectors. They have been established for 50 years and have a great name for themselves in the industry, winning work with well-known names in the construction field. They provide an extremely high quality service and have pride in the attention to detail they deliver. Due to the growth and continued success of the business, they are looking for an ambitious and experienced Operations Manager who has had previous exposure in the scaffolding industry to join the team to continue driving company success.

In this role, you will play a key part in the businesses success, leading projects to ensure that they are achieved on time and to budget. Your role will be split 50/50 between the office and on site. You will be responsible for surveying and estimating as well as the general management of projects and the team. In your role you will be heavily client facing, ensuring that all projects are being delivered efficiently to ensure high standards of service.

This role would therefore suit a candidate who has previous experience working in scaffold contracting operations. You will have strong estimation skills as well as previous proven experience leading a team. You will have strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
