We are looking for an Operations Manager to come and join our team with the goal of achieving excellence, you will monitor the operational performance of the portfolio you support.  You will work closely with your supportive Portfolio Manager to deliver the client(s) strategy, working to achievable and realistic targets and KPIs as well as performing your line manager duties.

A key part of your role is ensuring that you deliver an effortless customer service experience. To achieve this, you should be confident in your communication style and your ability to effectively take ownership of your ‘to-do' list.  Furthermore, at Touchstone we are advocates of ‘continual improvement' and would welcome the opportunity for someone to come in and look to improve our processes and services, streamlining and improving efficiencies where possible.

More about you

Essentially this role supports a large portfolio of properties.
The ideal applicant will have considerable experience working within a KPI and target driven environment, with success measured through Operational excellence.  Due to client-focused nature of the role you will work closely with the wider Touchstone team and have the ability to build strong relationships through your excellent communications skills

This role supports a busy and fast moving business, therefore you will need to work well within this type of environment whilst managing and motivating your team. The ideal person will demonstrate a supportive and innovative approach along with engendering a positive team spirit whilst working under your own initiative.

The successful applicant will have experience managing people, you will demonstrate experience performing line management duties and demonstrate great people skills which will allow you to build great working relationships.  

The role will require you to manage the operations of the team therefore if you have performed a similar operations role it does not have to be in the property industry this role may be for you.
