Are you an Operations Manager or similar with a production background looking to join a specialist manufacturer that has been going for over 100 years in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the freedom to implement manufacturing processes and make your mark in an industry leading company?

In this role you will be managing across 4 sites in Brislington looking after approximately 70 members of staff handling recruitment activities, disciplinaries, work load, and other man management duties. You will also be heavily involved in the production side of the business aiding to improve and implement processes as well as working closely with the production team to optimise manufacturing. For the first 6 - 12 months of the role you will be completing a handover period with the current Operations Manager to get you up to scratch and familiar with the business.

The Role
Managing 70 personnel across 4 sites in Brislington
Working closely with the Production team to optimise manufacturing processes
Handling recruitment activities, disciplinaries, work load and other management duties
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, 8am - 4pm on Friday
