As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, and commercial activity to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and drive operational excellence. Your primary objective will be to support the establishment of new business ventures while maintaining a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and drive efficiency throughout the organisation.
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive the implementation of best practices in commercial management to maximise profitability and revenue generation.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of incentive plans to motivate and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within an international business environment.
• Strong background in operations management, with a track record of driving scalable growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
