Operations Coordinator - Construction / Interior Design - Central London/Hybrid Working - £28k-£35k

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Administrator / Coordinator to undertake a variety of duties including task admin, team collaboration and project management support.

Our client undertakes a range of exciting commercial construction projects, predominantly in the media sector. Supporting the Operations Director, the Operations Coordinator will handle various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily administration and the efficient coordination of projects and processes.

Key responsibilities as the Operations Coordinator will include:

  • Providing operational administrative support and helping to resolve any issues
  • Undertaking general administrative duties
  • Preparing project quotations, Purchase Orders and sales invoices
  • Financial administration of invoices and billing in Xero
  • Preparing documentation and reports
  • Managing office supplies
  • Assisting in the planning and organisation of conferences, events and activities
  • And more!

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Administration / Project Coordinator / Operations support role
  • Experience in the construction or interior design sector is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Highly organised nature with strong time management capabilities and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Proactive problem solving skills
  • IT literate with working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience of using XERO is beneficial
