Operations Administrator

Our client are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team. 

You will be supporting the production and warehouse teams on a daily basis.

The Operations Administrator's key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure effective communication between colleagues, managers and teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations, production and logistics teams.
  • Generate reports for management.
  • Build strong relationships with all departments in the business.
  • Investigate customer and warehouse discrepancies when required.
The successful Operations Administrator will need:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role - preferably supply chain or logistics.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT/Microsoft packages - preferably SAP.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
