Operational Administrator

Are you an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring operational excellence?

My client has been a key player within their industry for over 100 years. They are the experts in what they do making sure that their customers are at the heart of everything they do. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join the team as an Operational Administrator.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Undertake monthly call quality monitoring, documenting evidence and reporting findings.
• Help maintain and update the Vulnerable Customer reporting database, identifying reasons and trends.
• Play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Assurance Team Leader
• Quality Assurance
