With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're seeking a talented and experienced Online Retail Project Manager to drive our e-commerce projects to new heights.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

Close working with content agencies to deliver customer-centric product in-page content and product images for UK retailers.

Collaborate with the Channel, Product, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure effective coordination across key departments.

Build close working relationships with Channel Marketing teams to support launch and promotion asset creation.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Timeline Management: Create, maintain, and update project timelines, promptly addressing any delays or deviations to keep the launch on schedule.

Asset Creation: Maintaining high quality of accuracy across file uploads, file naming, toolkit contents, creative briefs, and design reviews.

Creation of Digital Toolkits to support all key Samsung product launches, involving collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.

PRE-LAUNCH PREPARATION

Launch Readiness Checklist: Develop and manage a comprehensive launch readiness checklist, ensuring all necessary tasks and preparations are completed before the launch date.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to launch procedures, post-launch analyses, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate launch progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks to launch success, assess their impact, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Work alongside the Go-to-Market Manager to streamline and enhance product launch processes through the design, development, and implementation of efficient automation solutions, ensuring seamless and error-free deployment of new products.

Close working with content agencies to deliver customer-centric product in-page content and product images for UK retailers.

POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT

B2B online asset download and localization for online product pages.

Support GTM Manager with post-launch reporting and website auditing.

Post-Launch Evaluation: Provide inputs into post-launch evaluations to analyse the success of the launch and identify areas for improvement in future launches.

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • You will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You will have exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked in the launch process.
  • You will thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You will have problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • You will be a team player with the ability to build positive relationships across different departments. 
  • You will ideally have experience in asset automation.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £50,000 Per Annum
