Working for this award-winning international commercial law firm as Office Services Manager, you will strategically manage the UK wide Office Services team, ensuring all legislative requirements are met and policies are being adhered to.


Salary – Circa £45,000 Per Annum DOE

Location – Liverpool (With UK wide travel) + Hybrid 2 days from home

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 9-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role


The Office Services team you will be managing handles Front of House duties, travel, and procurement. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will manage key stakeholders, embed the firm’s strategy within the team, and implement necessary changes. You’ll also manage a large hybrid team so experience in people management is a must.


You will also oversee travel and procurement policies, ensure compliance with legislation, maintain records and documentation, manage relationships with contractors, and keep offices presentable and functional. Additionally, you will participate in various projects and oversee car park management.
