Our fun and friendly client is currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive individual to join them as Office Manager on a Maternity contract, minimum duration 6 months with potential to be extended up to 9 months.

Based on the outskirts of Gloucester City Centre, their offices are easily accessible by public transport and they do have an onsite car park.

Responsibilities:

-Support Directors with all areas of administration

-Manage overall office administration and team

-Maintain Clients Account and Credit Control

-Manage Day to Day running of IT

-Facilities Management

-Assist with Human Resources in conjunction with HR Consultant

-Company Vehicle monitoring

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous administration experience

-Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Highly organised

-Bubbly personality

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £15 per hour
