We are a leading energy and utilities company committed to sustainability and innovation. As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

Your new role

  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and team coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Support senior executives with scheduling and communication.
  • Ensure efficient communication within the office and across departments.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the energy and utilities industry is a plus.


What you'll get in return

  • £35,000 - £45,000
  • Chippenham based
  • Permanent, full-time
  • On-site parking
