**Job Opportunity: Office Manager**

**Role Overview:**
As an Office Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our client's office environment, guaranteeing seamless operations and a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors. From managing administrative tasks to overseeing facility maintenance, your role will be pivotal in upholding our client's standards of excellence.

**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of office spaces and amenities.
- Act as the Health and Safety point of contact and Fire Warden, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Manage meeting room bookings and entry systems.
- Keep track of visitor logs and provide administrative support to employees.
- Coordinate office layout and assist with on boarding processes.
- Liaise with building and facility management vendors.
- Assist with travel bookings and office expenditure tracking.
- Oversee office facilities audits and manage supplies inventory.
- Attend client events as needed.
- Maintain login credentials and assist with office refurbishment projects.

**Requirements and Skills:**
- Previous experience in office management or related roles.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organisational prowess in a busy environment.
- Creativity and a knack for suggesting improvements.
