This is a great role that will offer masses of variation including facilities management and health and safety, as well as all round support for the office and wider team.

Role responsibilities:

  • Ordering office supplies and ensuring inventory is kept up to date
  • Manage the supply of home working equipment, ensuring H&S compliance
  • Liaison with IT and facilities suppliers
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office
  • Administrative support for H&S compliance
  • Manage and update office policies
  • Handle logistics, including venue liaison and catering for meetings, training courses and social events, liaising with the event lead

Candidate requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience within a similar role
  • Proficient with MS Office packages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working with an outsourced IT service provider would be an advantage
