Reed are delighted to be working with our well-established Saxmundham-based client, who are seeking an Office Coordinator to join their growing team. The successful applicant will ensure the smooth running of the office by scheduling meetings, providing administrative support, and coordinating activities across the business. With a salary of up to £30,000 on offer, you will have proven experience in a similar role and possess exemplary organisational skills.

Working hours on offer:

  • Monday to Friday (office-based) – 08:30 to 17:00 (flexible).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related issues.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, such as Health & Safety and Facilities companies.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and meeting packs.
  • Lead meetings, maintain annual plans, quarterly goals, and weekly tasks, and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Support the delivery team by maintaining a log of project statuses, coordinating calendars, and preparing for client meetings.
  • Work closely with Directors and Heads of Departments to ensure smooth operational processes and offer suggestions for improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an Office Coordinator or Administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office management systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to the company’s ethos and standards, with a focus on transparency, ownership, and teamwork.
