Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Central Bristol
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: £13.00ph - £15.00ph
Duration: Temporary ongoing

Our client is seeking a dedicated office assistant to join their team in Central Bristol. You'll be an integral part of a small, dynamic, and friendly team, working in a modern open-plan office environment.

Main Duties:
  • Prepare, draft, and type letters and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answer incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, or take detailed messages when necessary
  • Welcome and assist visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Record and transcribe minutes during meetings to ensure accurate documentation
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, collating, and scanning documents
  • Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and ensure they are set up appropriately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it to the relevant parties as needed

Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and visitors
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities to manage various tasks efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
