Office Administrator
£20-£22 p/h plus holiday
12 month temporary position 

My client is a global investment banking firm based in London. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join them on a 12 month Temporary Contract Monday – Friday, with the potential to make it long-term. You will be required to provide a fast and efficient service within the S&T division. 

What you’ll do:
  • Main point of contact for administration requests across a variety of teams
  • Ensuring seamless operations and functioning across the division
  • Keeping up with documentation for administrative processes and procedures
  • Co-ordinating all transfers, leavers and new hires across the divisions
  • Providing ad-hoc support
  • Responding to requests for market data and IT access 

Skills required:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
  • The capacity for critical thought
  • Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels
  • Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
  • The capacity to remain calm under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised and capable of multi-taskin
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
