My client is a global investment banking firm based in London. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join them on a 12 month Temporary Contract Monday – Friday, with the potential to make it long-term. You will be required to provide a fast and efficient service within the S&T division.
What you’ll do:
- Main point of contact for administration requests across a variety of teams
- Ensuring seamless operations and functioning across the division
- Keeping up with documentation for administrative processes and procedures
- Co-ordinating all transfers, leavers and new hires across the divisions
- Providing ad-hoc support
- Responding to requests for market data and IT access
Skills required:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
- The capacity for critical thought
- Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels
- Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
- The capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised and capable of multi-taskin
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
