Role: Occupational Therapist,Pathway 2/3 Intermediate Care

Grade: Band 6

Location: Bridgwater

Start date: ASAP

Length of contract: 2 months and then review monthly

Hours: Full time preferred, could consider part time

Job description:

  • Care of the older person
  • Rehabilitation in a non-acute inpatient setting
  • Discharge planning skills
  • MDT working
  • Clinical decision making
  • Will work as part of an established inpatient intermediate care team alongside PT, RA, pharmacy, nursing team, discharge facilitators & ASC.
